Sunny with a Chance of Fallout was created out of the insanity of the modern world. Wake up, go to work, democracy is crumbling, the food is poisoned, the air is unhealthy, water is being stolen by data centers, but YOU still have to contribute to capitalism. You still want to make art and try to live the life they promised you, so you hang out with friends and tune in to the bad news as much as you can stomach without losing your mind. Sunny with a Chance of Fallout is an EP after the heart of every listener who feels juxtaposed between doom and saying “screw it I only have one life to live.” Armageddon Beach Party, the first single off the EP, is about the rise of techno-fascism and accepting our fate through clenched teeth as we watch the world burn from the beach. Race Against Time details the feeling of questioning whether or not you’re using your one and only life to do what feels authentic, despite the circumstances.
