Stu was born and raised on the Jersey shore in West Long Branch. His parents introduced him to singing in church and at home. He started playing a recorder and flutophone in the 3rd grade. By fifth grade he added the trumpet and harmonica to his musical interests. His parents encouraged him to take piano lessons for two years until they discovered he had been sneaking in to play his older brother's guitar. He used his lawn mowing money to purchase that guitar which eventually became his instrument of choice.

Performing in plays, church vocal groups and bands, Stuart wove music into his life.
His love for bartending and service in the restaurant industry led him to a number of opportunities. Singing with local artists and enjoying jam sessions with friends carried him through his twenties. He consistently found opportunities in various churches to lead and perform music throughout his life, even while co-raising 5 daughters. He has been employed by local churches to lead con...

We are a local Duo Playing Local Pubs, Cafés, and Outdoor events. Nina is a newcomer to playing to an audience, but you would never know it. Her vocal style, from Steve Nicks, Bonny Raitt, Patty Smith, and Lady Gaga. Playing a wide variety of songs from 80’s to present. Alex has been playing for too many years to mention, also recording 3 albums playing most instruments and vocal parts. Playing in many bands as Bass, Keyboards, and Guitar. Alex style from Allman Bros to ZZ Top. We try to play to our audience and most popular music. Country, Classic Rock, Modern Rock, Indie, Folk and more.

Dean Harlem’s unique picking style is a blend of Justin Townes Earle and Townes Van Zandt. A native of New Jersey, Dean has lived all over the United States, from California to New England and currently calls Nashville, Tennessee his home. His music is a mix of country, roots and folk that is tied together by his distinctive voice and storytelling. Dean’s songwriting draws from his influences which include Bruce Springsteen, Steve Earle and John Prine.

Barbara Paskin is a performing acoustic singer/songwriter who was born and bred at the Jersey Shore. She is no stranger to the local music scene. Her unique fingerpicking and vocals have led her to become a well known performer around the area. Her genre is a mixture of Americana, Folk, Country, and Blues. 

As an accomplished musician, she also enjoys accompanying musician friends and performing with her trio “Easy As Pie”.

Barbara has a passion for giving back and has performed at many events that support a good cause including the recent Asbury Park,Belmar and Red Bank Porchfests and annual “Light of Day” events.She is a member of the board of directors of “Musicians on a Mission”, and is in charge of the scholarship program at Albert Music Hall in Waretown, New Jersey. Barbara was a guidance counselor at Asbury Park High School for many years, servicing students and their families in the community.
