Folk/Country

Musicians' Hall of Famer Tom Ghent is a singer/songwriter/guitarist who has performed solo at the Hollywood Bowl, the Monterrey Pop Festival, the New England Folk Festival, and the Big Sur Folk Festival. His songs, which defy genre pigeonholing, have been recorded by the legendary Charlie Louvin (the Louvin Brothers), Rita Coolidge, Mama Cass Elliot, Nat Stuckey, Bobby Goldsboro, Juno Award-winning rocker Colleen Rennison, Bobby Bare, and Kris Kristofferson. His best-known song, Whiskey, Whiskey, has been recorded more than 60 times, and Tom recorded the title song for the Mick Jagger movie Ned Kelly. One reviewer praised him as the Most High Reverend of the Church of the Human Condition, and he continues to give his audiences a unique experience.
